3. Payments
We do not store your card details. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record, which collects and handles your payment data under its own privacy policy. Paddle shares with us only the information needed to identify your order and manage your subscription (for example, your email and order status).
4. How we use your information
- To provide the free audit and the paid service you request.
- To send service emails, receipts and important account notices.
- To respond to your questions and support requests.
- To improve our templates, prompts and service quality.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.
5. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run Five Star Lift, and only as needed:
- Paddle — payment processing and tax compliance.
- Email and hosting providers — to send emails and host this website.
- AI service providers — to draft review replies and content on your behalf.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
6. Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies and basic analytics needed to function. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your contact and business information while you are a customer and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by tax or accounting rules. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@fivestarlift.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Five Star Lift is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
