1. Who we are
Five Star Lift ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-assisted review and content growth service for small local businesses. Our website is fivestarlift.com. You can contact us at support@fivestarlift.com.
2. The service
Five Star Lift helps businesses collect customer reviews, draft replies to reviews, create social media content, and monitor their Google Business Profile. A free audit may be provided at no cost. Paid plans are provided on a subscription basis.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in US dollars. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Your card or bank statement will show a charge from Paddle. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms.
Prices are stated in USD and exclude any applicable taxes. Paddle calculates and collects applicable taxes where required.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing support@fivestarlift.com. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on a first subscription.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Five Star Lift for unlawful, deceptive or abusive purposes. In particular, you must not use the service to create fake reviews, to offer incentives for reviews where prohibited, or to violate the policies of Google, Meta or any other platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
7. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the content and business information you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to deliver the service. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
All software, templates, prompts and materials we provide remain our property. You may use the outputs we produce for you (such as review replies, social posts and reports) for your own business.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, search ranking, traffic or revenue. Third-party platforms may change their features or policies at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
